Turing left without caution

More number of accidents does happen when the person tries to take a left turn especially while trying to join the high way from other road. The main reason for this majority of the drivers does not know who has the right to turn left on priority.

In order to avoid this person need to have a look at his speedometer every 60 seconds. This way the driver can move the car at reasonable speed which will prevent him from earning a ticket or meeting an accident.
